Current Schedule of Qielements' Classes

Tai Chi Fundamentals:  Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 7:45 PM.  Saturday mornings, 9:00 - 10:15 AM.   These classes focus on Tai Chi Bare-Hand Form, Root and Center, Coiling and Spiraling, Sensing Hands, Qi Cultivation and Circulation, and Tai Chi Ball Qigong.   These classes provide the essential foundation for Tai Chi training, but do not include practice of self-defense and martial applications. 

 Advanced Tai Chi:  Thursday evenings 6:00-7.15 PM.  Saturdays, 10:45-12 Noon.  These classes include Tai Chi Self-Defense and Martial Applications and Tai Chi Short Weapons.  These classes are open to students at all levels, who have the desire and ability to train Tai Chi for Self-Defense and martial art.

Qi Cultivation and Qi Circulation:  Thursday evenings 7:15 to 8:05 PM.  This class focuses on the internal foundation of Tai Chi and includes sitting, standing, and moving meditation exercises.   Watch for announcement of training series on the special meditation exercises Embryonic Breathing, Small Circulation (aka Microcosmic Orbit), and Grand Circulations.

Yang Family Outdoor Form Performance:  Saturday mornings 10:20-10:45 AM and Thursday evenings 8:05 to 8:30 PM.  Open to all Qi Elements Tai Chi members and students.  

Additional Training Opportunities:  Most Sunday mornings, Robb Wagg, a highly ranked instructor in the Yang Family system, holds classes on the Yang Family bare-hand form, saber, and sword.  These are consistent with Qi Elements' curricula, however, Robb is an independent instructor, not a member of Qi Elements.  Contact Robb for schedule and fees.
